How Does Coaching Work?
If you’ve found your way here, it’s likely because something doesn’t feel quite right. You may be struggling with brain fog, fatigue, poor sleep, hot flushes, weight gain, joint aches or a growing loss of confidence. Perhaps you’re feeling more anxious than usual, or simply not like yourself anymore.
You might be unsure why you feel so tired, foggy, or disconnected from who you used to be and wondering whether there’s anything you can do to feel better.
Through personalised menopause coaching, I support you to understand what’s driving your symptoms and make changes that feel realistic and sustainable. Over time, many clients notice improved energy, better quality sleep, fewer hot flushes, clearer thinking, and a calmer, more confident mindset.
Coaching helps you move from feeling overwhelmed and out of balance to feeling informed, supported, and back in charge of your health and wellbeing - so you can navigate perimenopause and beyond feeling calmer, clearer, and more like yourself again.

Deep Dive Session
90 mins £95 (online)
This initial session is a gentle yet thorough exploration of what’s happening in your body during perimenopause or post-menopause. Together, we take time to understand your symptoms, how they’re affecting you day to day, and what may be contributing to how you’re feeling.
We’ll talk through your health and wellness history, current symptoms and what you would like to gain from coaching, in a calm, supportive space.
Ahead of the session, you’ll receive a menopause symptoms checker to complete, helping us build a clear picture of where you are in the menopause transition.
Following our session, I’ll bring everything together into a Deep Dive Menopause Assessment for you to keep, along with a personalised plan and a bespoke package of coaching modules tailored to your needs. These are designed to support symptom management and help you feel more balanced, informed and able to thrive in this next chapter of life.
This session is simply a starting point — a way to gain clarity, feel supported, and begin taking manageable steps towards feeling more like yourself again with no obligation to continue sessions.
1:1 Coaching Sessions
1 hour £50; 4 for £180 (online)
Following your Deep Dive Menopause Assessment, we move into personalised 1:1 coaching sessions tailored to support you through perimenopause and beyond.
These sessions build on the insights from your assessment and focus on the areas that matter most to you. Coaching is flexible and led by your needs, allowing us to work at your pace and adapt support as things change.
Sessions are structured around a series of supportive modules. Not every module will be relevant for everyone — together, we choose what feels most helpful for you. Modules are outlined below.


Menopause Modules
Morning Routine Learn how creating a supportive start to your day can help manage energy, mood, and stress levels.
Night Routine Learn how calming evening habits and lifestyle adjustments can support perimenopause symptoms.
Exercise Understanding how movement can support your body during perimenopause and post-menopause, without overdoing it.
Midlife Exploring the emotional and practical changes that often accompany this stage of life, including identity, purpose, and shifting priorities.
You and Your Partner Navigating changes in relationships, communication, and intimacy with greater understanding and compassion.
Nutrition (overview) An introduction to menopause-aware nutrition, with simple, realistic guidance to support energy, mood, weight, and overall wellbeing. (A more in-depth Nutrition Module is available separately.)
Nutrition Deep Dive
6 Weekly Sessions £350
This six-week Nutrition Deep Dive offers gentle guidance to help you understand how food can support your body during perimenopause and beyond. Learn how to create sustainable healthy living habits to support energy, sleep, mood, and overall wellbeing - without restriction or perfection.
Week 1 – Discovery & Preparation
An introduction to menopause-aware nutrition and why it matters at this stage of life. We explore the 30 Days to Healthy Living approach and help you prepare, practically and mentally for the weeks ahead.
Weeks 2–5 – 30 Days to Healthy Living
You’ll be supported as you establish new eating habits and gently reduce foods that may contribute to inflammation and symptoms. Many clients may notice improvements in energy, sleep, brain fog, focus and a reduction in hot flushes during this time. Ongoing support provides encouragement, guidance and accountability.
Week 6 – Review & Moving Forward
We reflect on the changes you’ve noticed, the benefits you’ve experienced, and how to continue these habits in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
