About Me

At Menopause Wellness, I help women navigate perimenopause and menopause with understanding, care and practical support. 

I’m Sally, a certified menopause wellness coach with a holistic, lifestyle-focused approach, passionate about supporting women through midlife change. 

Creating a safe, supportive environment where women feel heard, understood and empowered is at the heart of everything I do.

My Story

My journey into menopause wellness began with my own experience of perimenopause – feeling completely unprepared, struggling to connect the dots between symptoms, and wondering why my body and brain no longer felt like they used to.

After a late pregnancy at 37, I drifted into peri-menopause without realising what was happening.  Migraines, sleepless nights, weight gain, anxiety, fatigue, difficulty making decisions, mood swings, brain fog and joint aches slowly became part of everyday life.

Through a natural, holistic, lifestyle-based approach, I found ways to calm these symptoms and gradually began to feel like myself again. Over time, I didn’t just cope - I learned how to truly thrive during this transition.

This experience led me to train as a certified wellness coach, so I could share what I’ve learned, help women understand what’s happening in their bodies, and offer simple, supportive ways to feel more balanced, confident and well through perimenopause beyond.

Midlife mayhem, the Sandwich Years... Call it what you will, midlife can be a time of huge change.

It's true! The medical definition of menopause is the day to the year from your last period.

 

The menopause transition can last between 7 - 10 years from peri-menopause to post-menopause.
